Today was a great day in the South Carolina legislature, as the House passed H. 3509, a State Sovereignty Resolution which draws a clear line in the sand against the domestic enemies of the Constitution. It is too good to quote only a part of it, so please read the full text online. If you live in South Carolina, I would encourage you to contact your State senator, to encourage them to vote in favor of the resolution. Whatever state you live in, check to see the progress of your state in asserting their sovereignty in the face of Fascist oppression.

Following the lead of Washington State and New Hampshire, several states are passing trigger secession bills that recognize the Federal government as acting outside its constitutionally delegated and specifically-enumerated powers in the event of conscription for national service absent a formal declaration of war, weapons confiscation, or the imposition of martial law without the consent of the States.

Notice the explicit mention of the Free State Project (a Libertarian project similar to Christian Exodus). It was interesting to meet with several members at the recent Secession Convention in New Hampshire recently, and to hear of their progress.
